AFFIRMATION /ASSURANCES
o Ensure that teachers in the school hold a Commission on teacher Credentialing
Certificate , permit, or other equivalent document, which a teacher in other public schools
is required to hold . As allowed by statute, flexibility will be given to non-core teachers,
non-college preparatory teachers. [ Ref California education Code§ 47605 (1)
o At all times maintain all necessary and appropriate insurance coverage
o Follow any and all other federal ,state and local laws and regulations that pertain
to the applicant or the operation of the charter school.
o Admit all California students who wish to enroll in the School without regard to
the residence of the pupil subject only to the capacity of the school.
