The <strong>plann<strong>in</strong>g</strong> contractor will be engaged on an as needs basis. A performance<br />
meet<strong>in</strong>g was held <strong>in</strong> April <strong>2005</strong> to discuss the quality of the <strong>plann<strong>in</strong>g</strong> reports<br />
prepared <strong>in</strong> that month.<br />
A dispute resolution clause has been <strong>in</strong>cluded <strong>in</strong> the current contract and<br />
under the current contract<strong>in</strong>g arrangement, each service delivery can be<br />
evaluated for cont<strong>in</strong>uous improvement opportunities.
