the council on <strong>plann<strong>in</strong>g</strong> matters relevant to<br />
liquor license applications.<br />
7. Undertake enforcement duties – <strong>in</strong>vestigate<br />
all compla<strong>in</strong>ts and breaches.<br />
8. Initiate and promote mediation procedures to<br />
m<strong>in</strong>imise level of appeals.<br />
9. Liaise with heritage adviser and process<br />
applications for heritage loans.<br />
10. Ensure appropriate procedures are <strong>in</strong> place to<br />
enable the public to quickly obta<strong>in</strong> accurate<br />
<strong>in</strong>formation regard<strong>in</strong>g the preparation of<br />
<strong>plann<strong>in</strong>g</strong> applications and status of<br />
applications.<br />

prepare reports to the council as required and<br />
