The <strong>Glenelg</strong> <strong>Shire</strong> <strong>Council</strong> Plann<strong>in</strong>g Application Notification and<br />
Consultation Policy provides for consultation and/or mediation where written<br />
objections are received to an application. Therefore, a process has now been<br />
adopted to resolve contentious issues through consultation.<br />
<strong>Council</strong> <strong>plann<strong>in</strong>g</strong> reports are now prepared <strong>in</strong> accordance with <strong>in</strong>dustry best<br />
practice and council guidel<strong>in</strong>es.
