SN Description<br />

1 <strong>Tender</strong>er is manufacturer <strong>of</strong> any <strong>of</strong> the indigenously developed<br />

s<strong>of</strong>tware embedded RDSO approved products in the field <strong>of</strong><br />

Railway Signalling Applications such as Electronic Interlocking<br />

(EI), Single Section Digital Axle Counter (SSDAC), Multi<br />

Section Digital Axle Counter (MSDAC), Dataloggers <strong>for</strong> logging<br />

signalling events, Solid State Block Proving Axle Counter<br />

(SSBPAC) and Universal Fail-Safe Block Interface (UFSBI).<br />

Marks<br />

2 Carried out the system level primitive scheme design <strong>of</strong> TCAS<br />

with its sub-system & components and submitted the same along<br />

with all necessary drawings, documents and datasheets,<br />

configuration and parameters in the Technical & commercial bid.<br />

The marks shall be awarded on the basis <strong>of</strong> submission <strong>of</strong><br />

following design components according to design approach<br />

adopted by <strong>Tender</strong>er:<br />

(i) Schematic Diagram with High -Level design 2<br />

(ii) Low-Level Hardware design upto Card-Level 2<br />

(iii) Design <strong>of</strong> Loco Vital Computer Peripheral Interface Controllers 2<br />

(iv) Design <strong>of</strong> Radio network with calculation <strong>of</strong> power budget and<br />

process used <strong>for</strong> time slot allocation<br />

(v) Logics used in S<strong>of</strong>tware <strong>for</strong> achieving Functional Requirements<br />

enumerated in specification<br />

(vi) Bill <strong>of</strong> Quantity <strong>of</strong> Material <strong>for</strong> Station, Locomotive and<br />

Trackside equipment with details <strong>of</strong> bought out items, if any.<br />

3 Capability <strong>for</strong> Lab demonstration <strong>of</strong> following functions using<br />

any hardware with readiness to demonstrate following items to<br />

designated Railway Committee:<br />

(i) Exhibiting Full Duplex communication Over-The-Air using Full<br />

Duplex Radio.<br />

(ii) Demonstration <strong>of</strong> Prototype lab model <strong>for</strong> loco equipment 2<br />

(iii) Demonstration <strong>of</strong> Prototype lab model <strong>for</strong> station equipment 2<br />

(iv) Display <strong>of</strong> distance from a fixed point using Latitude / Longitude<br />

in<strong>for</strong>mation received through GPS/GNSS receiver simulator.<br />

(v) Displaying Speed <strong>of</strong> Locomotive Unit using output <strong>of</strong><br />

Tachometer Simulator.<br />

(vi) Generation <strong>of</strong> electric or pneumatic command <strong>for</strong> Brake<br />

application through S<strong>of</strong>tware<br />

(vii) Reading user programmed data in RFID tag and interfacing it<br />

with loco TCAS<br />
