8.5.2 In Station/ IBS/ Gate unit data logger:<br />

(i) Entry <strong>of</strong> new train.<br />

(ii) Change in input to station unit from interlocking.<br />

(iii) Emergency messages received from Loco unit.<br />

(iv) Battery low (87%)<br />

(v) Transmission <strong>of</strong> emergency messages either generated by station<br />

itself or retransmission <strong>of</strong> such messages received from Loco unit.<br />

(vi) Block Entry.<br />

(vii) Block Exit<br />

(viii) Any other event.<br />

8.6. The in<strong>for</strong>mation to be logged & trigger events may be changed based on the<br />

requirement during the development <strong>of</strong> product.<br />

8.7. The data should be logged in ASCII CSV <strong>for</strong>mat. The data should be encrypted<br />

and could only be decrypted by the PC based s<strong>of</strong>tware supplied alongwith the<br />

system. The fetching <strong>of</strong> data should be password protected.<br />

9. User Interface<br />

9.1. Loco Pilot/ Station Master’s OCIP<br />

Following indications/ buttons/ buzzers shall be given in the Loco Pilot’s /<br />

Station Master’s OCIP wherever required:<br />

i) 7” LCD display (<strong>for</strong> Station Master’s OCIP) & 10.4” (<strong>for</strong> Loco Pilot’s<br />

OCIP as per Annexure-X) Loco unit<br />

ii) SOS indication<br />

iii) Health indication<br />

iv) Audio Buzzer<br />

v) Push Buttons.<br />

vi) Text Display Panel.<br />

vii) Battery Low Indication.<br />

viii) Any other indication mentioned in this specification<br />

For Loco Pilot’s OCIP only:<br />

ix) A LCD display to indicate aspect <strong>of</strong> next signal and other displays like<br />

mode <strong>of</strong> operation etc.<br />
