relevant registration documents;<br />
• Introduce an electronic registration framework that will<br />
provide a unified approach for transferr<strong>in</strong>g <strong>in</strong>formation<br />
from the applicant to the regional registration <strong>of</strong>fice, cutt<strong>in</strong>g<br />
out unnecessary paper forms <strong>and</strong> <strong>in</strong>troduc<strong>in</strong>g a modern,<br />
user-friendly <strong>in</strong>ternet-based application;<br />
• Introduce the possibility to open a bank account through<br />
the registration <strong>of</strong>fices <strong>in</strong> on-l<strong>in</strong>e regime – access <strong>of</strong>fered at<br />
the same terms to all <strong>in</strong>terested banks;<br />
• Update the M<strong>in</strong>istry <strong>of</strong> Taxes’ <strong>in</strong>ternet site by provid<strong>in</strong>g a<br />
centralized <strong>in</strong>formation service so the entrepreneurs can get<br />
on-l<strong>in</strong>e access to <strong>in</strong>formation on other exist<strong>in</strong>g bus<strong>in</strong>ess,<br />
as well as their certa<strong>in</strong> f<strong>in</strong>ancial reports (after appropriate<br />
legislative changes);<br />
• Simplify the liquidation procedure for legal entities by complet<strong>in</strong>g<br />
the process through the “one-stop-shop”, except <strong>in</strong><br />
the cases <strong>of</strong> claims by third parties which call for a judicial<br />
<strong>in</strong>tervention;<br />
• Make appropriate amendments to the Rules on open<strong>in</strong>g,<br />
operation, <strong>and</strong> clos<strong>in</strong>g <strong>of</strong> bank accounts to further simplify<br />
the registration process.<br />
• Reduced time <strong>and</strong> costs for the<br />
entrepreneurs to register their<br />
bus<strong>in</strong>ess;<br />
