(6) Trousers, cold-weather, OG 107. Fabric is cotton <strong>and</strong> nylon, wind resistant. The trousers have hip pockets, side<br />

front cargo pockets, waist adjustment straps, a slide-fastener fly, <strong>and</strong> leg draw cords.<br />

(7) Trousers, wool serge, OG 108. The trousers have four patch pockets (two in front, two in back) with flaps <strong>and</strong> a<br />

covered front zipper opening.<br />

c. Accessories. The following accessories are normally worn with the cold-weather uniform.<br />

(1) Belt, web with open-faced black buckle (para 27–2a <strong>and</strong> b).<br />

(2) Coat, cold-weather, woodl<strong>and</strong> camouflage pattern (BDU field jacket) (para 3–2b(3)).<br />

(3) Boots, combat, leather, black (para 27–3).<br />

(4) Chaplain’s apparel (para 27–7).<br />

(5) Gloves, black leather shell with inserts (para 27–12a).<br />

(6) Military Police accessories (para 27–16).<br />

(7) Neckgaiter (para 27–17).<br />

(8) Scarf, olive-green 208 (para 27–21b).<br />

(9) Socks, black, cushion sole (para 27–24a).<br />

(10) Undergarments (paras 27–28).<br />

(11) Undershirt, brown (para 27–28e).<br />

(12) Organizational clothing <strong>and</strong> equipment, as determined by the comm<strong>and</strong>er in accordance with CTA 50–900.<br />

d. Classification. The OG 108 uniform is an organizationally issued field uniform. The beret is an organizational<br />

issue item. DA Pam 710–2–1 governs turn-in <strong>and</strong> reissue <strong>of</strong> the beret.<br />

7–3. Occasions for wear<br />

Soldiers may wear the OG 108 uniform only on duty, when prescribed by the comm<strong>and</strong>er. The OG 108 uniform is not<br />

authorized for travel or for wear <strong>of</strong>f military installations, except in transit between the individual’s quarters <strong>and</strong> duty<br />

station. (See para 1–10c for exceptions to this policy.) The OG 108 uniform is an organizationally issued field uniform<br />

<strong>and</strong> is not intended for wear as an all-purpose uniform when other uniforms are more appropriate. Personnel may wear<br />
