ASSOCIATE IN APPLIED SCIENCE<br />
Program Code: 2150<br />
Description of Program: The A.A.S. degree in Hospitality<br />
and Tourism Management prepares you for entry-level<br />
employment in a number of areas, including front office<br />
manager, dining room, restaurant, or kitchen manager, or<br />
any variety of positions in the hospitality field. Course content<br />
includes, but is not limited to, food service principles, food and<br />
beverage management and controls, sanitation, supervision,<br />
merchandising, and front office procedures.<br />
