Transfer, enrolment <strong>and</strong> fees payable<br />

LLM (Old<br />

Regulations)<br />

Transfer <strong>and</strong> enrolment<br />

Students will be permitted to transfer to the LLM, the<br />

Postgraduate Diploma in Laws or the Postgraduate<br />

Certificate in Laws.<br />

The original registration period will be carried forward <strong>and</strong><br />

registered students will have the remainder of the original<br />

five year period of registration to complete the programme<br />

(but see Note below).<br />

Fees payable<br />

Individual module fees<br />

will become payable<br />

when due.<br />

Students whose registration has ceased will receive a<br />

new five year period of registration.<br />

(<strong>and</strong> have gone<br />

no further than<br />

Note:<br />

Students registered for the LLM (Old Regulations) who<br />

wish to receive a further five year period of registration on<br />

transfer may apply to terminate their current period of<br />

registration <strong>and</strong> pay a registration fee.<br />

Students will be permitted to transfer to the LLM degree<br />

or the Postgraduate Diploma in Laws. Students will not be<br />

permitted to transfer to the Postgraduate Certificate in<br />

Laws.<br />

in Laws may apply to terminate their current period of<br />

registration <strong>and</strong> pay a registration fee.<br />

Students will not be permitted to transfer.<br />

Students registered for the LLM (Old Regulations) may<br />

request to terminate their registration <strong>and</strong> enrol for the<br />

LLM degree, Postgraduate Diploma in Laws or the<br />

Postgraduate Certificate in Laws.<br />

Students whose registration for the LLM (Old<br />

Regulations) has already ceased may enrol for the LLM<br />

degree, the Postgraduate Diploma in Laws or the<br />

Postgraduate Certificate in Laws.<br />
