He has gone to a portion of the writings of HazratIbn ‘Arabī rh that has little to do with the main issue of disputeand the only reason that compelled him to do so is his strongbias against Islām Ahmadiyya. The issue at hand is not whetherthe Awliyā’ Allāh are prophets or not. The issue is whether thePromised Messiah as of Islām, whose appearance was predictedby the Holy Prophet Muhammad sa , would be a prophet or not.If Farhan Khan had presented a quotation of Hazrat Ibn ‘Arabi rhwhere he had written that the coming Messiah would not be aprophet of Allāh because nubuwwah has ended with the HolyProphet Muhammad sa , it would have been relevant to thisdiscussion.
