Last Law-bearing Prophet sa 73As for those who say, ‘Our Lord is Allāh,’ and thenremain steadfast, the angels descend on them, saying:‘Fear ye not, nor grieve; and rejoice in the Gardenthat you were promised. We are your friends in thislife and in the Hereafter. Therein you will have allthat your souls will desire, and therein you will haveall that you will ask for — An entertainment from theMost Forgiving, the Merciful.’ 59It is clear from the above verse that even a person like FarhanKhan can easily understand its purpose, provided he reads theHoly Qur’ān with a clear mind. To put it in simple words, Allāhsays that angels descend upon those who believe in Him andremain steadfast, and convey glad tidings of an everlastingjannah.In another verse, Allāh, the Exalted, says that Herevealed to the disciples of Hazrat ‘Īsā as :وَ‏ اِذْ‏ اَوْحَيْتُ‏ اِلىَ‏ الْحَوَارِيّ‏ ‏ٖنَ‏ اَنْ‏ اٰمِنُوْا بىِ‏ ْوَاشْ‏ هَدْ‏ ابِ‏ ‏َنَّنَا مُسْ‏ لِمُوْ‏ نَ‏ ۝قَالُوْ‏ ‏ۤا اٰمَنَّا وَبِرَسُ‏ وْ‏ لىِ‏ ْ ۚAnd when I inspired the disciples of Jesus to believein Me and in My Messenger, they said, ‘We believeand bear Thou witness that we have submitted.’ 60Allāh also revealed to the mother of Hazrat Mūsā as :۝اِذْ‏ اَوْحَيْنَاۤ‏ اِلىٰ‏ ٓ اُمّ‏ ‏ِكَ‏ مَا يُوْ‏ ىحٰٓ‏ ۙ59Sūrah Hā Mīm Sajdah 41:31-3360Sūrah Al-Mā’idah 5:112
