Continuation of Prophethood according to Ahādīth 297ااaاaحدثaانa aہaامaخارج ٰFor we used to discuss that ‘Īsā as shall appearHazrat Mughīrah ra specifically chose the word ‏”خارج“‏ (willappear) instead of ‏”‏ازلaنaااء“‏ (will descend from heaven) andthis clearly shows that he did not believe that the Israelite Īsā asascended bodily into the heavens, and therefore, mustinevitably have died. Now it is left up to Farhan Khan to waitfor a deceased Israelite prophet or accept the prophet who wassent by Allāh, the Exalted, from among the followers of theHoly Prophet Muhammad sa . One thing is certain – and FarhanKhan will also agree to this – that once a person dies, he neverreturns to this world. So, good luck!Second, Farhan Khan accuses the Ahmadī Muslims whenhe says, “…what they (Ahmadī Muslims) conveniently fail toreport is the Hadīth immediately below the Hadīth of A’isha ra inAl-Dūr Al-Manthūr, which explains the narration of Aisha ra .” 293Not only is this untrue as shown in the chapter entitled TheDeath of Hazrat ‘Īsā as , it is completely illogical. Essentially,Farhan Khan is saying that a statement of Hazrat Ayesha ra isexplained by a statement of Hazrat Mughīrah ra when, in fact, both their statements are completely independent of each other.Third, the absoluteness of Farhan Khan’s beliefs is utterlyshattered when he says, “…Al-Mughīrah preferred seal of theProphets, because no prophets after him may create the impressionthat ‘Esā bin Marīam will not return.” 294 In his entire book,Farhan Khan has been emphasizing that there can be no moreprophets whatsoever after the Holy Prophet Muhammad sa but293Khan, With Love, Page 9294Ibid., Page 10
