The overall objective is to joinforces and to build up a European strategy to accelerate the research and development,deployment and use of Intelligent Integrated Road Safety Systems including AdvancedDriver Assistance Systems (ADAS) for increasing road safety in Europe.About this reportThis is the final report of the <strong>eSafety</strong> Working Group. The <strong>eSafety</strong> High-Level meetingon 25 April 2002 called for establishing of such a Working Group, to be tasked to furtherelaborate the above-mentioned European strategy, to recommend actions and to preparefor the next High-Level Meeting. TheCommission services established this Working Group, which has met four times on 7June, 8 July, 9 September and 8 November.
