Executive SummaryChapter One of this <strong>Short</strong> <strong>Range</strong> <strong>Transit</strong> <strong>Plan</strong> (SRTP) summarizes thepurpose of the SRTP, describes characteristics of the <strong>Tri</strong> <strong>Delta</strong> <strong>Transit</strong>service area including population and development trends, commuteand other travel patterns, and summarizes transit’s share of commutetrips for the service area.
