Current productivity standardsinclude 15 passengers (boardings) per revenue vehicle hour (RVH) forthe fixed route network and three passengers (boardings) per RVH forDial-A-Ride. During <strong>FY</strong> 2006-07, the fixed route system as a wholeaveraged 16 boardings/RVH, while the Dial-A-Ride system averaged2.6 boardings/RVH.
