AppendixRESOLUTION #080123cBay Area Strategic Vision for <strong>Transit</strong> in MTC’s 2035 <strong>Plan</strong>Resolution #080123c supports the Bay Area Strategic Vision for<strong>Transit</strong> in the 2035 <strong>Plan</strong>.WHEREAS, <strong>Plan</strong>ners from Bay Area transit systems have worked<strong>to</strong>gether <strong>to</strong> develop advocacy points related <strong>to</strong> the provision of transit inthe upcoming 2035 Regional Transportation <strong>Plan</strong> being developed byMTC; andWHEREAS, Agencies that participated in the effort are: AC<strong>Transit</strong>,LAVTA, County Connection, Marin <strong>Transit</strong>, BART, NCPTA, MUNI,Sam Trans, Cal Train, Golden Gate, VTA, WestCAT, MTA, MTC, and<strong>Tri</strong> <strong>Delta</strong> <strong>Transit</strong>; andWHEREAS, attached is the strategic vision that was developed.
