1. This chapter is divided into 4 sections as under<br />
Section I Organization. A broad set up <strong>of</strong> the organization and<br />
duties <strong>of</strong> Senior Section Engineer (Power Supply<br />
Installations) are covered.<br />
Section II Operation <strong>of</strong> sub-stations: The important points relating to<br />
operation <strong>of</strong> transformers and protective devices are<br />
covered.<br />
Section III Guiding Notes on Maintenance: The important points to<br />
be borne in mind in the maintenance <strong>of</strong> power supply<br />
<strong>equipment</strong>s are covered.<br />
Section IV A recommended schedule <strong>of</strong> maintenance for power<br />
supply <strong>equipment</strong>s is given.<br />
