SECTION 2 – PACE PROGRAM PHASESThe PACE Elementary Teacher Education Program is organized into three phases. Individualsmay undertake Phase I course work without admission to the PACE Elementary TeacherEducation Program. Provisional admission is required to undertake Phase II course work. Fulladmission is required to undertake Phase III course work.Phase I: Pre-Professional Course WorkIt is expected that candidates will have completed all Phase I course work prior to beginning theSummer/Distance Learning Program which is designed for completion of Phase II and Phase IIIcomponents of the Elementary Education Program.
