(See figure 3.)Side by side with the reducti<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> the dissatisfacti<strong>on</strong> toward the job grew the satisfacti<strong>on</strong> towardsthe firm. Between the two surveys, the number <str<strong>on</strong>g>of</str<strong>on</strong>g> people who declared they would not leaveTelecom Italia, not even for a more gratifying or better paying job, increased from 40.5 to 45.4%.
