Ch. 10 - ReportingRun the SPOT Sample ReportTo run the Pathology Report for the John Rowland – colon image from the SPOT Sample Database, selectRun Report from the File menu. The report sequence is as follows:1. The Run Report window prompts you to define the Output destination for the report. Select PreviewWindow.2. Click on Run.3. The report then prompts you with the run-time textprompts that have been defined for this report. Becausethere are three run-time text prompts for the SPOTSample Report (i.e., to enter the information for theDescription, Analysis, and Recommendation fields),you will be prompted to enter run-time text for eachfield. In the illustration at right, the run-time text hasalready been entered, but if you were reporting on theimage for the first time, you would see only the prompt.Click on OK at each window. When you click on OK atthe third Run-Time text window, the report appears, asshown below.4. Click on Close to close thereport without saving orprinting it.
