Minutes must be compiled for each toolbox meeting which show the people presentand if necessary important agreements.For their part, all subcontractors must organise <strong>HSE</strong> training sessions and toolbox meeting forthe staff they employ on the site and prove this to HPE. Comprehensive training material can beprovided on request by the HPE PHC department.Frequency of subcontractors' toolbox meetings: Normally at least once a week.Participants:<strong>HSE</strong> manager or <strong>HSE</strong> staff, responsible HPE site manager, responsible subcontractor's sitemanager and <strong>HSE</strong> staff.Time:before work starts on the site (but at least five working days in advance).d) Regular co-ordination meetingsRegular co-ordination meetings will take place at different levels with the client's managers,HPE's managers and the subcontractors involved.
