Assembly activities2.10. VisitorsAll visitors must undergo an initial briefing to be allowed to go onto the site. They will be issued witha visitor pass.All visitors will be issued with basic PSA equipment to visit the site (this does not include office areas)(see Sec.5.6).Visitors must be accompanied when on the site. The person visited bears responsibility for the visitor,particularly as regards correct <strong>HSE</strong> behaviour.2.11. Infringements of <strong>HSE</strong> regulations (measures to implement the site regulations)Both compliance with the legal framework and also compliance with the <strong>HSE</strong> <strong>plan</strong> for the site (thewhole extent of the work, subcontractors included) are monitored by constant checks and inspectionsby HPE.Disciplinary measures are taken by HPE's site management.Infringements of <strong>HSE</strong> regulations are normally punished in three stages. GeneralHPE and its subcontractors will assemble project management teams for the work and services tobe provided by them.HPE and the respective subcontractors must ensure that the proper implementation of the workduring the term of the contract is monitored by a sufficient number of experienced, qualified managerson site.The <strong>HSE</strong> system and legislation require employees on the site to have the required qualifications tobe able to perform their work safely and without harmful effects on the environment (cf.
