Based on guidelines, basic principlesand procedures the <strong>HSE</strong> <strong>plan</strong> describes the procedure that is used to detect and eliminate theseforeseeable risks and hazards.The specifications of the <strong>HSE</strong> <strong>plan</strong> must be applied by all subcontractors on the site under theterms of our contract.The <strong>HSE</strong> <strong>plan</strong> is based on already existing systems, such as SCC or OHSAS 18001.The <strong>HSE</strong> <strong>plan</strong> relates exclusively to the implementation phase on the site.Requirements for the <strong>HSE</strong> <strong>plan</strong>The client's <strong>HSE</strong> <strong>plan</strong> will serve as a basis and framework for the <strong>HSE</strong> <strong>plan</strong>.In turn the subcontractors must compile any amendments to this <strong>HSE</strong> <strong>plan</strong> as part of their services.HPE's <strong>HSE</strong> <strong>plan</strong> and the subcontractors' amendments will each apply as self-sufficient documents.Any written matter and documents about the construction time created in this connection will bebrought together as an <strong>HSE</strong> document when the building work has finished. Collaboration with subcontractorsis described in Sec. 3 .2.8.2. Requirements for the SiGe- <strong>plan</strong>Another important guideline for health and safety at work on the site is safety and health coordination(SiGe- co-ordination) normally by the client. A focal point of SiGe- co-ordination by theclient is the interfaces between the contract sections on the site. For this purpose an agreementwith the client on SiGe- co-ordination will be aimed at.The SiGe- <strong>plan</strong> will contain at least the following components:Description of the work to be carried out.Summary of the subcontractors involved in carrying out the work.Description of the basic <strong>HSE</strong> principles including the various procedures, processes, organisationalstructure, training, etc. in accordance with the actual processes on the site.Description of the emergency regulations for hazardous situations that could occur in his areasof work.
