This high relativehumidity resulted from dail earlymorning and afterno<strong>on</strong> fogs. with lessthan nve hours of direct sunlight perdaj r~corded during most of <str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g> cycle.The optimum average temperatur <strong>for</strong><str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g> development of <str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g> fungus (18 to24 Q C) was also recorded duringapproximately 75% of <str<strong>on</strong>g>the</str<strong>on</strong>g> gro\ ingcycle.
