6835 teachers reported support monthly. Many teachers have reported the support as ‘guidance’.Out of 108 schools the following were some of the major response categories related to the role of BRC/CRC.Monitoring- 44monitoring to the teachers-10monitoring, meeting arranging-10conducting training - 5conducting training programme, arrangement- 292 schools out of 99 reported that there is no calendar for teacher training.Follow up has been done mostly through meeting, school visit and workshop. Schoolshave not mentioned the themes or topic of follow up.Expected number of school visits to be made by BRC/CRC – only 4 reported 10-20schools. all other have reported 25-40 schools. all have reported that this is beingadhered to.Satisfaction level of training-‘good’- 100 out of 103 schools.Degree of effectiveness- all have reported ‘good’ (38 reported in all)What BRC/CRC doing during school visits- Evaluation test, attendance of teacher &student, MDM verification, reading ability test, home work , student ability test, Randomtest, supporting every thing related to school document & evaluation for children.All have reported that BRC/CRC conduct random tests, take model lessons and teachercertain difficult topic better. I estimate form the previous response that this is true to aconsiderable extent.Out of 102, except 9, all other schools have reported the BRC/CRC extend their supportto EGS/AIE. The support is mostly ‘advice’, textbooks, training.(xii) Does the SPO have a Quality Coordinator? What is their role? Do they have a systemand format to review district wise programmes? What is the frequency? What is thearrangement for coordination with SCERT and DIETs?To be ascertained fromSPO.Yes, the SPO has a Quality Coordinator. Her role- To ensure quality in academics.They have monthly review.
