[Replacement procedure]
1) Remove the cover on the right (starboard)
side (see Section 4.3.1, page 4-24), remove the
cables connected to the transmitter-receiver
unit and the screws (three M5 screws)
holding the transmitter-receiver unit in
place, and remove the transmitter-receiver
unit.
Remove the
five cables.
2) Remove the cable for the fan that is
connected to the T/R control circuit board.
Remove the
three screws.

3) Remove the four screws (M4) to replace the
fan.
Remove the cable.
4) After replacing the fan, assemble the unit in
the reverse order of the disassembly
procedure.
Do not forget to tighten the screws and connect
the cables.
[Check points]
Remove the
four screws.
1) Turn on the radar power supply. After the
countdown is completed, start emission and check that the radar image appears without
error. Check that no fan alarm comes up.
