(Use the socket wrench for 5.5 mm bolts.) 9) Remove the six screws holding the radar process circuit board in place and replace the radar process circuit board. (Use the Phillips screwdriver for 3 mm screws.) 10) Check that the DIP switch settings on the new radar process circuit are the same as the old one. Remove 4 11) Reassemble the unit following the disassembly procedure in reverse. [Check points] 1) Check that the system starts up properly. 2) Check that no error message appears. DIP SWITCH 3) Restore the data you backed up. (Refer to Section 7.4.3 of the instruction manual) 4) After replacing the unit, check that the radar image is correctly displayed. 5) Check that the connected external sensors (such as the true azimuth, speed, latitude / longitude, and AIS sensors) are correctly displayed. 4-75
