2) Open the T/R control circuit board cover<br />

to the front (see Section 4.2.10, page 4-<br />

14) to remove the cables connected to the<br />

receiving unit. Remove the four screws<br />

(M5) holding the receiving unit flange,<br />

the two screws (M5) holding the metal<br />

fixture, and the screw at the right side of<br />

the receiving unit to replace the receiving<br />

unit.<br />

3) Attach the metal fixture attached to the<br />

flange removed from the old receiving<br />

unit and put it onto the new receiving unit.<br />

Loosen the two screws.<br />

4) After replacing the receiving unit, assemble the unit in the reverse order of the<br />

disassembly procedure.<br />

Do not forget to tighten the screws and connect the cables.<br />

[Check points]<br />

1) Turn on the radar power supply. After the countdown is completed, start emission and<br />

check that the radar image appears without error.<br />

Transmit radar signals on a long range (48NM) and open the serviceman menu to perform<br />

tuning adjustment (Refer to Section 7.1.3 of the instruction manual). Adjust the setting in the<br />

serviceman menu until the tuning indication bar on the display unit reaches the 8th calibration<br />

marking.<br />
