4.2.10 T/R Control Circuit replacement (CMC-1205R)
[Required tools]
• A Phillips screwdriver for 4 mm screws
• Tools for removing the cover from the scanner unit
(see Section 4.2.1, page 4-2)
[Replacement procedure]
1) Before starting replacement work, open the serviceman menu on the display unit and
back up the scanner unit data (emission time and motor rotation time) (Refer to Section
7.4.4 of the instruction manual).
If you do not back up the data, you will lose all data related to the scanner, such as
magnetron usage time.
2) Remove the cover on the right (starboard) side (see
Section 4.2.1, page 4-2). Loosen the four screws
(M4) to open the T/R control circuit board cover to
the front.
3) Remove the cable connected to the T/R control
circuit board and the seven screws (M4) to replace
the T/R control circuit board.
Set the DIP switches and the jumper pins on the T/R
control circuit board to the settings for NKE-1130 (see
Section 2.5.6, page 2-25).
Loosen the six screws.
4) After replacing the T/R control circuit board, assemble
the unit in the reverse order of the disassembly
procedure.
Do not forget to tighten the screws and connect the cables.
