• Users can use the social media website without constant
advertisements.
• The organization consists of six employees, allowing for constant
and consistent communication throughout the organization.
• Xistance consistently posts on social media (Twitter and Facebook)
— posts vary every two to five days and accounts are interactive

Page], 2015). This allows the organization to increase its exposure
on social media websites while bringing attention to the services it
offers.
• Xistance Podcast provides an opportunity to connect with their
current users and expose potential users to the website, while
creating an interactive space for individuals to share their stories.

Xistance Podcast — all previous episodes were hosted by different
individuals and featured different openings. Having the same host
will help establish consistency throughout the podcast and with
