ThP Ontermial logo of three trees represents both the past and the present. The sturdy tree on the left
svmbolizes the true-hardiness of the Wardlaw boys. The graceful tree on the right represents the good education
rn the Hartridee girls. The full tree in the center is emblematic of the school s devotion to the making of
SroM minds and active bodies, the true mission of the Wardlaw-Hartridge School. As indicated by the intertw
in e d roots the schools grew from the same, rich soil, and had a long tradition of association with one another.
The growing’tree shows the schools, combined as one, continuing to do their exemplary job of educating the
young far into the future.
