Longitudinal section of the fetal spinal column at
22 + 1 weeks, with the fetus lying dorsoanteriorly.
The continuity of the main profile of the vertebral
column is not interrupted. A section of the fetal
aorta is seen at the front, and the urinary bladder
is located in the pelvis. The neck region is normal.
