IEP individualized education plan; a contract between the<br />

special health care needs; in place <strong>for</strong> all children over age<br />

3 years enrolled in special education programs<br />

IFSP individualized family service plan; a document that<br />

outlines specific educational plans and goals, actions, and<br />

special health care needs; in place <strong>for</strong> all children under<br />

age 3 years enrolled in early intervention programs<br />

Impaction the presences of a large, hard mass of stool in the rectum<br />
