First results show a good agreement between the<br />

simulati<strong>on</strong> and the measurement for the calibrati<strong>on</strong> period<br />

above rape from the 24 th to 31 th May 2003. Figure 4<br />

shows the model calibrati<strong>on</strong> against the latent heat flux,<br />

Figure 5 the result of the calibrati<strong>on</strong> <strong>on</strong>ly against the<br />

sensible heat flux of the same time period.<br />

The different parameter sets of the two calibrati<strong>on</strong>s were<br />

obtained from the different objective functi<strong>on</strong>s.<br />

In the future the multi-criteria optimizati<strong>on</strong> algorithm<br />

MOSCEM (Multi-Objective Shuffled Complex<br />

Evoluti<strong>on</strong> Metropolis) [3] will be used to solve several<br />

objective functi<strong>on</strong>s simultaneously to reduce<br />

uncertainties in parameter values for the whole system of<br />

heat fluxes.<br />
