Arroz <strong>de</strong> Solomillo Ibérico con Foie, Trufa,<br />

Garbanzos y Setas<br />

ELABORACIÓN:<br />

Freir la carne troceada en la sartén,añadir las<br />

setas, el arroz y mover. Añadir el foie, la trufa,<br />

los garbanzos y mover. Añadir el caldo y hervir<br />

20 min.<br />

Este arroz lo recomendamos con vinos blancos<br />

<strong>de</strong> la tierra <strong>de</strong> Córdoba.<br />

INGREDIENTES: (4 personas)<br />

1 Solomillo ibérico<br />

100 grs. <strong>de</strong> setas<br />

100 grs. <strong>de</strong> garbanzos<br />

1 Pizca <strong>de</strong> foie<br />

1 Pizca <strong>de</strong> trufa<br />

200 grs. <strong>de</strong> arroz<br />

Colorante<br />

Pimentón<br />

Sal<br />

Aceite <strong>de</strong> oliva<br />

2 l. <strong>de</strong> caldo <strong>de</strong> carne<br />
