WASHINGTON. La Turquie s'est vu accor<strong>de</strong>r, lundi 4 février, par le<br />

Fonds monétaire international (FMI)un prêt <strong>de</strong> 16milliards <strong>de</strong> dollars<br />

(près <strong>de</strong> 17,8milliards d'euros) sur trois ans, censé l'ai<strong>de</strong>r à faire face à<br />

la plus grave crise économique <strong>de</strong> son histoire. Ce prêt, qui s'ajoute<br />
