Festival: „Multilateralism
at work in
Vienna“
The Ambassador of Slovenia, H.E.
Ksenija Škrilec, invited to the opening
of the two exhibitions “Metal I Wood I
Stone I Colour” by the Slovenian artist
Robert Jurak and „Protected Slovenian
Food I Disfocus“ by Uroš Potočnik,
which took place at the art association
Alte Schmiede in Vienna. After initial
welcoming words of Walter Famler,
Secretary General of Alte Schmiede, the
Ambassador opened a vernissage well
worth seeing.
The Ambassador of Kazakhstan and Permanent
Representative to the International
Organizations in Vienna, H.E. Kairat
Sarybay, invited to an „Au Revoir“ coffee.
H.E. Kairat Sarybay was in charge since
2014 and took the opportunity to look
back on his six year term as Kazakhstan’s
Ambassador to Austria. The farewell
reception took place at the Embassy of
Kazakhstan. Ms. Gaukhar Beiseyeva is
taking over the Embassy as a Chargé
d´Affaires a.i.
H.E. Natasha Meli-Daudey, Ambassador
of Malta to Austria, invited to the
„Angela Vella Zarb Trio Jazz Concert“
in the framework of the third EUNIC
2020 Music Festival, which comprises
three musical events in three European
cultural intitutes (Slovak Institute, the
Italian Cultural Institute & the Bulgarian
Cultural Institute “Haus Wittgenstein”).
This year’s festival was dedicated to
„Multilateralism at work in Vienna“.
