madeanothervisitinMarchandthisprovidedagreatstimulustotheworkoftheASG.Perhapsthehigh<br />
pointoftheASGwasrightattheend,April21-24,whentheWorkshoponQuantumAggregateswas<br />
attendedbyallVisitorsandseveralotherleadingscientistsinthefield.<br />
Atthefinaldiscussionround-tableonFriday24Aprilitwasagreedunanimouslythattheinterdisciplinary<br />
activityhadbeenenrichingscientificallyforallconcerned.InparticularbothVisitorsandotherparticipants<br />
attheWorkshopexpressedthewishthatalargerconferenceshouldbeheldsoonandanongoingresearch<br />
programmeinthefieldofQuantumAggregatesbeestablishedinGermanywiththeaimofemphasizing<br />
theunityoftheoreticalapproachesinthediversetypesofquantumaggregatesstudiedduringthecourse<br />
oftheASG.AproposalforaDFGSchwerpunktprogrammhasbeensubmittedandadecisionisexpected<br />
inearly2011.<br />
