To diversify the profile of its new recruits and make the transport and automotive industry more attractive to female high school and university students, Valeo actively sponsors the Elles Bougent association, which organized its first eco-mobility rally in 2007. It also took part in the Women in Leadership forum in Paris to promote the Group’s businesses among potential candidates from various sectors.
