To perfect the Tourbillon Lumière, its designers had to pare down the structure of the Calibre DR 780 as much as possible,
while maintaining its rigidity and load-bearing capacity. The goal has been fully met in a feather-light creation whose components
are clothed in a double-ellipse rose-gold case. The plates, bridges and ratchet-wheel are meticulously openworked. Each of
the parts is chamfered, hand-drawn and exquisitely chased. The dial merges into the movement and features a minimum of
finely engraved metal serving to mark the hour circle on the front and the power reserve display on the back. The mainplate is
barely 3.48mm thick, making this model one of the world’s thinnest tourbillon watches.
