ZEnITH DEFY XTREME SEA OPEn Cased in 46.5mm of black titanium with graduated unidirectional rotating bezel in black titanium, fitted with carbon-fiber inserts, the Defy Xtreme Sea Open is powered by the El Primero 4021 SX automatic chronograph movement with harmonic plate. The caliber consists of 248 parts and 39 jewels. The balance, chronograph and pallet bridges are built of shock-absorbing Zenithium Z+. It has a 30-minute counter at 3:00, small seconds at 9:00, power reserve indicator from the hour axis, and central seconds blue varnished hand. Water resistant to 1,000 meters, the high-tech case features a helium valve at 10:00 and black titanium screw-in pushbuttons with carbon-fiber guilloché patterns and protective crown device. The carbon-fiber dial is a multi-layered construction with shock-resistant Hesalite glass. Composite lateral inserts reinforce the black titanium bracelet with blue-tinted central links. Diving 489 •
