has equipped its Chronographe à rattrapante
Vintage 1945 XXL foudroyante with a jumping
or flying seconds hand that sweeps around a
subdial in one second, enabling one-eighth of a
second time readoff. on its Double Chronograph
pilot’s Watch, IWC has housed the split-
seconds chronograph within a high-tech
scratch-resistant ceramic case featuring an
antimagnetic soft iron inner cage. Blancpain
offers a combination of sophisticated technical
features in its Single-pusher split-seconds
chronograph (with two pushers, one for the
three chronograph functions, and another
for the split-seconds hand). officine panerai
has enriched its range of “in-house made”
movements by presenting the Caliber p.2006
split-seconds movement, also based on a
single-pusher system.
