It is a complex movement equipped with a tourbillon, an ultra-efficient column-wheel chronograph mechanism and twin barrels. This watch’s case is in forged carbon with a black ceramic bezel, crown and pushbuttons, a cambered glareproof sapphire crystal, and blackened titanium caseback fitted with sapphire crystal. AUdEMARS PiGUEt ROyAL OAk OFFSHORE CHRONOGRAPH – REF. 26400RO.OO.A002CA.01 The Royal Oak Offshore model involves far more than just a change of size; the entire aesthetic of the case has been reworked. The 44mm case middle is composed of two materials: ceramic and pink gold. The extreme reliability of the 3126/3840 movement provides excellent user-friendliness, particularly due to the instant jump and fast-adjusted date mechanism, along with a 60-hour power reserve and a stop seconds device when setting the time. The movement can be admired through the sapphire crystal caseback. Finally, the newly developed oscillating weight is crafted all of a piece from a block of 22K gold coated with an anthracite galvanic treatment.
