RAINBOW TOURBILLON – REF. R1WGDC
In the pursuit of sophistication, innovation, and perfection in the field of fine watchmaking, Jacob & Co visualized the combination
of a tourbillon device with the multiple time zone concept. The resulting world-class product was the Rainbow Tourbillon, the
first timepiece to marry these two features in a limited edition collection. The specific time zone varies by style, with the timepiece
covering between 12 and 24 time zones in addition to the primary time zone of the wearer. The 24-jewel movement operates
at a frequency of 21,600 vph, with a 120-hour power reserve. The movement is a mechanical manual-winding tourbillon device
visible through the dial and the exhibition caseback. The limited edition series of 47.5mm timepieces with 11.72 carats of diamonds
on the case will feature 18 pieces produced in each metal: white, yellow and rose gold.
