<strong>research</strong> will be necessary <strong>to</strong> explain this finding.<br />

b. SATTEAM<br />

Females are more satisfied than males with team work up until <strong>the</strong> senior year<br />

(Figure IIE-4). Female satisfaction with teamwork does decrease slightly with each year<br />

in <strong>the</strong> program, but until <strong>the</strong> senior year is at a significantly higher level than that of<br />

males; however, senior males <strong>see</strong>m <strong>to</strong> be much more favorable <strong>to</strong>ward teamwork than<br />

males at o<strong>the</strong>r years, so <strong>the</strong>re is virtually no gender difference during <strong>the</strong> senior year. The<br />

reason for this difference will be interesting <strong>to</strong> explore, as it may give a clue as <strong>to</strong> how <strong>to</strong><br />

improve <strong>the</strong> teamwork experience for males at o<strong>the</strong>r levels of <strong>the</strong> program.<br />
