6) Select the required range or table and drag it from the Navigator into the target document,
to the cell where you want the upper left-hand cell of the data range to be.

7) Reselect the target document in the box at the bottom of the Navigator. Instead of a +
symbol next to Range names, it shows a + symbol next to Linked areas. Click the + symbol
to see the range name (see Figure 267) dragged across from the source document.
