The Northeast Hydrogen Alliance (NeHA) is a project of the Center for Economic and<br />

Environmental Partnership, with a mission of advancing collaborative development and<br />

deployment of a clean, job-creating and secure hydrogen energy infrastructure in the<br />

Northeast United States. NeHA focuses its efforts on:<br />

Contact:<br />

• Resource development – building financial and technical capacity and<br />

leadership expertise;<br />

• Education and training – collaborating with academia, deployment programs,<br />

and others to cultivate early hydrogen adopters;<br />

• Outreach – working to inform decision/policy makers, the media and the public;<br />

• Public/private collaboration – facilitating demonstration and commercialization<br />

of hydrogen energy infrastructure and products;<br />

• Public policy – integrating hydrogen development with other existing regional<br />

public policy initiatives; and<br />

• Regional research and development – identifying and developing opportunities<br />

for hydrogen production from renewable resources.<br />

Public <strong>Fuel</strong> Cell Alliance<br />

A joint project of the Clean Energy States Alliance (CESA), the Public <strong>Fuel</strong> Cell Alliance<br />

(PFCA) is comprised primarily of state and federal fuel cell program managers. The<br />

Group’s mission is to accelerate the widespread adoption and commercialization of fuel<br />

cells and the necessary hydrogen infrastructure through greater cooperation among<br />

North American and European public funding agencies. PFCA issues reports and<br />

member surveys, which are downloadable from their website.<br />
