Hyundai Tucson <strong>Fuel</strong> Cell Electric Vehicles employed as AC Transit fleet support<br />
vehicles.<br />
• Three Gillig fuel Cell Buses in service in the Santa Clara Valley Transportation<br />
Valley Authority fleet.<br />

The Partnership has also made a number of technical information and<br />

CAFCP full members include: DaimlerChrysler, Ford Motor Company, General Motors,<br />
Honda, Hyundai Motor Company, Nissan, Toyota, Volkswagen, BP, Chevron,<br />
ExxonMobil, Shell Hydrogen, Ballard Power Systems, UTC Power, California Air<br />
Resources Board, California Energy Commission, SCAQMD, National Automotive<br />
Center, DOE, DOT and EPA.<br />
Additionally, there are 11 associate members who assist with specific areas of expertise<br />
to help meet the partnership’s goals: bus transit agencies (AC Transit, Santa Clara VTA<br />
and SunLine Transit Agency), hydrogen gas suppliers (Air Products and Chemicals, Inc.<br />
and Praxair), hydrogen fueling stations (Pacific Gas & Electric, Proton Energy Systems,<br />
Inc., Stuart Energy and Ztek), ISE Corporation, and the <strong>Institute</strong> of Transportation<br />
Studies at the University of California-Davis.<br />

The California Hydrogen Business Council provides a link between hydrogen-technology<br />
developers, businesses, energy leaders, government, and infrastructure providers.<br />
Organizational goals include:<br />
• Promoting the conduct and growth of hydrogen business;<br />
• Supporting access to hydrogen business information;<br />
• Teaming of members;<br />
• Identifying opportunities for hydrogen technology;<br />
• Coordinating regional strengths to build needed hydrogen infrastructure; and<br />
• Identifying, defining, and developing regional funding.<br />
