Global Global search search A global search is one that includes multiple files. There are two ways to search globally: from within a file, or from the File menu. When searching from a file, follow these steps: 1. Press F2 F2. F2 2. Type the string of text for which you wish to search. 3. Press ALT+F ALT+F. ALT+F ALT+F 4.
